In the dark, underneath the colourful lights of the night, everything is covered in a blurry glow. The scenes and people become mysterious, and the air seems to hold more emotions and thoughts. There always seems to be a narrative behind these night scenes that’s up for the imagination.
It is a unique period that holds the tension between exhaustion and relaxation, loneliness and contentment. People out late at night have their stories, and Li’s art is a reaction to these mysteries. Li hopes to record these scenes with the emotions she sees within them.
